A vintage Ranch Oak side chair manufactured by A. Brandt Co., Inc. of Fort Worth, Texas. Made in solid-looking rustic oak with a simple ladder-style back, stretcher base and distinctive cutout handle, the chair reflects the sturdy Western-inspired furniture for which the Ranch Oak line became known. Even better, its original paper furniture label remains attached, identifying it as Side Chair No. 2841½ and preserving a piece of the chair's history.
