Vintage Leather Travel Suitcase Collection

We loved coming across this stack of well-traveled vintage leather suitcases, each one carrying decades of character and adventure. The oldest pieces appeared to date from the early to mid-1900s, complete with sturdy brass hardware, worn leather handles, and the kind of rich patina that only develops through years of use. Our favorite was the top suitcase, still covered in travel stickers from places like Kenya and other destinations, offering little glimpses into journeys long before modern luggage became the norm. Sold at our November 2018 Tempe estate sale.
