Large Hand-Carved Carousel Horse Sculpture

This beautifully carved carousel horse, whose size and intricate detailing made it impossible to overlook. Appeared to have been inspired by traditional carousel figures from the late 1800s and early 1900s, with its flowing mane, raised foreleg, and hand-painted finish capturing the charm of classic amusement rides. The gently distressed paint and gilt accents gave it the look of a well-loved decorative piece that had been admired for years before it galloped off to its next home.
